Name of the Posts: Translator (Class-III)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from recognized University.
- CCC / CCC + level Certificate, or;
- Should have Degree / Diploma from any recognized University / Educational Institution with Computer as one of the subjects, or;
- Should have passed SSC or HSC examination from recognized School Board with Computer as one of the subjects, or Courses prescribed by the State Government.
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 35 years as on 28/03/2016
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of ₨. 4,200/-
Selection Process: All the eligible candidates who have applied with the requisite Fees and whose On-line Applications are ‘Confirmed’ and complete in all respect and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the Translation Test. The Selection shall be made on the basis of performance in Gujarati to English Translation Test of 100 Marks of 02:30 Hours duration. Translation Test shall be conducted at Ahmedabad, at the Centre(s) (as decided by the High Court) and the candidates shall have to appear at their own cost in the respective tests.
Examination Fee: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Physically Disabled Persons and Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Examination Fees of ₨. 250/- (plus the usual Bank Charges) and all other Candidates are required to pay Examination Fees of ₨. 500/- (plus the usual Bank Charges). The Candidates shall remit the same in the Current Bank Account No. 30725811785 with the State Bank of India, High Court Complex Branch, Ahmedabad, held in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmedabad, through any of the Core Banking Service Branches of the State Bank of India during the Bank Working days and hours, using the 'Cash Voucher’ in the ‘Special Format’ as appended to this Advertisement.
