The role would offer opportunity to work on payment related initiatives with leading banks, financial and national institutions. Ownership of business relations and projects with banks and payment partners is required for overall improvisation of online payments on flipkart.com.
This will give opportunity to think and apply innovation in the payments space. Candidate should show aptitude on the same lines.
Developing metrics and analytics for measuring business and project impact and efficiencies.
Onboarding banks, payment methods, financial institutions if required for supporting better customer and payment experience by collaborating with product managers, technology teams and external stakeholders. The candidate should independently run projects and execute the same.
Responsible for management of business reporting and any adhoc reporting required from time to time
Identifying areas of operations/business that require technological intervention and co-coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of technical solutions.
Identifying areas of business/operations that require intervention by the banks/payment gateways and working for long term solutions.
